We have been representing claimants seeking Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits for over 20 years.

The Advocator Group and Social Security Advocates for the Disabled (SSAD) have a long-track record of success and are highly regarded in the marketplace. Both companies work with a dedicated team of independent attorneys to cover Social Security hearings. These attorneys are experienced Social Security practitioners who demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, compassion, and ethics.

Our business is growing, and we are actively adding independent attorneys to our team, but not every attorney will satisfy our high standards.
Do you have what it takes?

Benefits of working with us

We pay a generous flat fee per hearing attended, regardless of the outcome of the hearing.

You attend Social Security hearings in the cities and areas of your choice.

We offer hearings to you 6-8 weeks before the hearing; you select the hearings you want to attend.

Our team completes all administrative work and provides you with the documentation you need prior to the hearing.

"Advocator Group stands for quality. The files are well developed. The claims handlers are highly responsive and supportive which makes me feel like a part of a team. The claimants are well informed about their own cases and my involvement so the introduction and preparation that I do with the client is seamless. When I walk into a hearing on behalf of Advocator Group's client, I know that I have the information I need to present the best possible case."

"I have had the privilege of working for Advocator Group for a number of years as a contract attorney representing disability clients. I used the word "privilege" for a number of reasons:

  1. competitive appearance fees
  2. quality cases
  3. cases are well prepared
  4. timely response to questions and concerns regarding a case
  5. scheduled well in advance and
  6. good reputation with judges
Finally, I would be remiss if I did not specifically recognize Advocator’s Director of Hearing Operations, Seth Matthews, Esq., who has generously shared his legal expertise with me on my own cases and practice on more than one occasion. I highly recommend becoming associated with the Advocator Group!"
